Tim really is a douche. I mean massive. Biggest douche you could imagine...squared. And he's old. Gets spooked by sudden movements...and clowns. But he does provide some pretty decent one-liners every now and then. Talk all the shit you want, he won't reply...he's still not real sure how to unlock his phone. It's kinda cute, really.
