Bringing your Whole Self to Life
Episode 1: 'Bringing your whole self to life'
In our very first episode, I am delighted to be chatting with Rebecca (Becca) Muscant, from Wind Horse Wellbeing, about her story, what brought Becca to the work she does now in helping people to transform their wellbeing through her therapeutic work with animals, horses and cats in particular!
We chat in here about the power of animals in helping us to be present with ourselves, tapping into our own bodies' wisdom, emotions and needs and how we can bring healing through this uniquely powerful and intuitive process.
Becca shares more of her personal story, what drew her to train in the work she does now, how it has helped her (and continues to do so), as well as the many clients she has helped too.
Becca's unique gifts help many people to connect with themselves, in such a safe and special way and I think you'll feel her gentle, wise and beautiful energy transcend the medium of this podcast!
If you'd like to come along to one of our Wellbeing workshops with Horses, please get in touch with Becca or myself. We have an upcoming workshop on Saturday 13th September, 10am - 1pm.

5. Episode 5: Bringing your whole self to life
01:02:08||Season 1, Ep. 5I am delighted to welcome Lisa Sherlock to the Podcast in this episode and I hope that you enjoy listening to Lisa's story and our conversation. In this episode, we're diving in to explore the importance of the right nutrition for our body's long term quality of health. Specifically we're exploring with Lisa, the important data and research carried out by Zinzino, on our Omega 6:3 balance (amongst other key areas of our health & wellness) and how this can directly affect our chances of preventing or reducing life limiting/threatening diseases, inflammation and our immune response. There are some simple information we can test to understand where we all are, and importantly what we can do to improve our bodies' health from the inside out. Lisa will also share more on this, as well as how she came to learn about the power of getting the right balance and quality of personalised supplements on our health. Many of us may think we're taking vitamins and eating healthily, but when we actually test, we find that we're still not getting the right quality of ingredients going into our systems and being absorbed by our cells.Lisa is keen to get the message out there, to help more people to know about all of this, to make informed choices for themselves. We will also be discussing Lisa's own background and learnings about self discovery through the conversation too. I hope you enjoy it!
