Break Your Boundaries

Episode 7: Anxiety and Body Dysmorphia Within The Beauty Industry.

Season 1, Ep. 7

After our own personal struggles with anxiety and body image, we really wanted to dedicate a whole episode to these two topics. There's so much pressure to be busy 24/7, work ourselves into the ground that when we do have time to relax, we can't because we're worried people will forget about our business, which isn't the case at all. We are constantly making others feel beautiful, and look their best, when most times we aren't looking or feeling our best, which leads us to comparing ourselves to others and makes us have so much self hate!

We wanted to let you guys know that you are never alone and remember to always be kind to yourselves and others!
