Your Hidden Self-Awareness Style
Today we walk through what I've called the "4 Styles of Self-Awareness".
My theory is that we've all got a self-awareness style or strength – a way that we connect to ourselves when we’re stressed and taxed (or happy!).
We're either using it in a deliberate, intentional way that connects us to the present moment, or it's like a subconscious program running our lives and preventing us from creating the goals we want.
