This has long been almost exclusively an American obsession, although the rest of the world is catching up with us. So what are the harms of this mass drugging of children? What are the benefits? These questions form the basis of this book. For a time, the mass drugging of children was the subject of spirited controversy, but that controversy for the most part seems to have died down.
