Stop Ignoring and Start Listening to Your Heart

Today’s episode will be a little personal, as I’ll be sharing some of the matters in my family that have transpired over the past few weeks. I recently received news that two of my relatives were unwell this month and as a result, I’ve had to book a spontaneous flight to Mexico in order to care for my father. It was a shock, to say the least, as my dad is someone who has historically always been energetic and led with so much purpose in both his personal life and career.&nbsp; The emotions I felt surrounding his and my grandmother’s health surprised me. The knee-jerk reaction in these situations would be to feel angry, upset, hurt, or confused and they’re all completely valid feelings to have. However, for me, I felt a sense of contentment in knowing that I’d expressed as much love as I possibly could throughout my life and knew in my heart that I had no regrets in the actions I’d taken leading up to these moments.&nbsp; I’d like to invite you to challenge your own expressions of love by asking yourself a few important questions which I’ll mention in today’s show. How to have Courageous Conversations with Tracey Benson
