4: Kinesiology

Season 1, Ep. 4

It's 2024! And we're coming at the new year with a brand new schedule. For the first of our monthly interview episodes, we sat down with Kinesiologist Jill Cook to talk about hormone balancing, holistic medicine and loads more. Jill's clients range from endometriosis patients to post-partum new mums, to women struggling with menopause, and she uses a 360 approach to address hormones, movement and emotions in order to heal the body.

Excuse the dodgy audio, one of us was recording from the backseat in a Homebase car park.... see if you can guess which one.

For more information about Jill's practice, check our her website at https://www.healthharmony.uk/
