BGR WILL INFORM AND EDUCATE OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH CONVERSATIONS THAT EMPOWER “US” WITH INFORMATION THAT ENHANCES “OUR” SENSE OF WELL-BEING AND THAT EXPANDS US FINANCIALLY, PHYSICALLY AND SOCIALLY.
