Tune in as we chat with Bianca Hughes, counseling professional in the Atlanta area and co-host of A Sister’s Siesta: Mental Rest in a Safe Place, along with Jobbing with Jas. Bianca hails from England and quickly became our British BFF as she broke down the small changes that can help us as women live our best lives authentically. Bianca shares valuable nuggets on being honest with yourself and being your own real friend, working through unhealthy perceptions about the expectations of others, and managing mental and emotional challenges that don’t get enough focus in everyday life—although many of us experience them. She also talks about how passionate she is in her support of black men. So yeah, there’s something for the guys too. This session is real talk for real life and best of all, it’s hopeful.
