Terri Cole: How to Stop People Pleasing and Actually Set Boundaries
In this episode of Biohacking Bestie, I’m joined by Terri Cole, who shares the importance of personal boundaries for maintaining healthy relationships and self-respect, the significant role that our boundary blueprint plays in how we relate to others, and the necessity of setting and effectively communicating boundaries in relationships to establish emotional trust and deeper connections.
We also discuss the pitfalls of being a people-pleaser, how our upbringing and societal expectations can influence our boundary setting, and how to recognize when our boundaries have been violated. Terri shares insights on how to navigate from childhood mistakes to healthier boundaries in our adult relationships.
