Lead For Liberation

Ep. 65

One of my favorite episodes of the podcast to date, "You can't separate sound leadership from racial equity" is the belief (& TRUTH) that today's guest is sharing with all of us today. Buckle up and get ready for a raw, powerful, and much needed conversation in this episode-

Shayna Renee Hammond, Founder & CEO of Lead For Liberation and IndigoWomen, is a serial entrepreneur with an extensive 20-year background in leadership and life coaching, organizational culture redesign, business strategy, and education leadership development. Her first company, Lead For Liberation, is a leadership development organization dedicated to guiding leaders of organizations, school districts, and foundations to redesign their workplace cultures through the lens of liberation. Through Lead For Liberation’s transformative group coaching cohorts and long-term partnerships, executive leaders within organizations and school districts across the country have co-created high-performing, interdependent organizational cultures where leaders and staff members thrive, innovate, and experience belonging.
