In this episode, we speak to our guest Charlotte Rushforth from Alastair Rushforth Motorsport which was Founded in 1989 when Alastair started racing karts. The team has always been family-orientated and is based in Oxfordshire. Charlotte speaks to us about her many roles in the paddock and the family business. She openly talks about the tragic moment the team suffered a major setback following a fire in their truck and awning.
