In this episode, I wanted to share my coolest experience at this spoon-bending workshop I recently did during a business mentorship program I attended. I know it sounds weird, but just listen and I promise you’re gonna be intrigued by how this workshop served as the ultimate metaphor for bending reality and overcoming limitations.So we were guided through this meditation where we tapped into the power of energy and intention. And you guys, I actually bent a solid metal spoon as if it was rubber! My mind is still blown that I was able to physically bend my reality.While spoon bending may seem fringe, I share how this experience revealed so much about my self-limitations and ability to create what I want.
