Be My Neighbor

This week we bring to you by far the youngest person to come to the apartment --bestselling author of twenty-one books (!), digital content creator, social media influencer and anti-bullying activist – Carrie Berk! At only sixteen years old, Carrie wrote her first book in the 2nd grade and is using her voice to impact young girls across the nation. 

We didn’t know what to expect from Carrie and were both pleasantly surprised by her grace and maturity. She taught us a lot about social media (we even did a TikTok with her! YEP) and we got into the bullying issue and some of the helpful tactics we have both utilized growing up. 

In a world where the younger generation seems to get a lot of flak, we love seeing a positive effect that Carrie imparts on others, and know we will be seeing much more of her in the years to come – paging @VOGUE.
