Dr. Jacob Kashiwagi is the author of the no-influence leadership theory. His research focuses on providing industry performance solutions in the delivery of professional services. He has tested these leadership-based concepts in over 219 projects, $11.8 Million, with 95% success rate since 2005. Dr. Kashiwagi has taught over 1,300 college students and 1,500 high school students. He is the Managing Director at Kashiwagi Solution Model Inc., a Best Value Consultant at Performance Based Studies Research Group (PBSRG), and the Chairman of the Board at Leadership Society of Arizona.
