Bavarian Podcast Works — Postgame Show: Germany 0-2 France (UEFA Nations League)

Germany and France hooked up for what was a very intense and competitive match, but France was just the better team during a 2-0 victory over the host Germans.

While it is not the end of the world, there were some cracks in the foundation for Germany, which were exposed over the past two games. Poor finishing, an inability to prevent quick counter-attacks, and some coaching issues plagued Germany through each of its two games.

Let’s talk about all of that and more on the Bavarian Podcast Works — Postgame Show. This is what we have on tap:

  • A look at the starting XI and the decisions that Julian Nagelsmann made.
  • A rundown of the scoring and substitutions.
  • Germany’s biggest disappointments? Julian Nagelsmann and Florian Wirtz.
  • Some final thoughts and takeaways on the match, including why there will be a lot of fan frustration, but maybe not as much from the DFB.
