This was such a downer. Bayern Munich came into this game fresh off a Ballon d'Or and an incredible win over Magdeburg, only to get stifled by Niko Kovac and then draw at their own home. In this episode, we discuss the following:Why the timing of Der Klassiker after Harry Kane's Ballon d'Or is a great advert for the Bundesliga. How Aaron Danks chooses lineups. A quick recap of the game. The problem with organization, or why FC Bayern needs Vincent Kompany back ASAP. How Niko Kovac unraveled Bayern through cynicism and physicality.
