Rory Warnock is someone I am so inspired by!
He grew up in Scotland with multiple brothers and stepbrothers. Once he was in high school he found learning difficult and also following in his older brother's footsteps. After high school, he set off to Australia solo to travel and experience the world.
Once back in the UK Rory studied Sports Science at university and found a love for making care of your body. But he also found himself depressed and lacking purpose. He was put on antidepressants at 21, but after a couple of years and discovering different self-help podcasts, exercise, and breathwork his life changed.
In 2020 Rory moved to Australia with a vision to teach the transformative skill of breathwork and has since built a thriving business coaching corporate groups such as Google, Linked In, Amazon and Bupa.
While growing his business Rory has also been training hard and competing in Ultramarathon events all around the world!
