The organisation creates and shares research, influences policy and evaluates services, making sure the voices of those with lived experience are central to their work. Pavan explains their belief that justice system reform cannot be achieved without the voices of those who have had direct experience of the system themselves. Examples discussed in the podcast include their New Generation Campaigners - young people who designed and led their own campaign called ‘Divert don’t arrest’ calling for police reform.
