He won 15 major Championship medals including World,&nbsp;European and Commonwealth Gold medals and Silver and Bronze Olympic medals. Roger was also British Men's Team Captain. His greatest achievement, he says, was winning the Olympic 400m silver medal in 1996 in Atlanta, beaten by the great Michael Johnson. Since his retirement from Athletics he has worked as a motivational speaker, talking to people all around the world about the many similarities between high performance in the worlds of sport and business.
