Lou Sanders is a comedian, actor and writer who won of the 8th series of Taskmaster and co-hosts the Dave comedy panel show Mel Giedroyc: Unforgivable, with Mel Giedroyc. She is a regular on shows such as QI, Would I Lie to You?, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Live at the Apollo, Hypothetical, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Red Nose Day for Comic Relief and Russell Howard's Good News. Lou has acted in Aisling Bea's This Way Up and Karl Pilkington's Sick of It. She is also a regular guest on BBC Radio 4's The Unbelievable Truth. She hosts the podcasts Cuddle Club and Taskmaster: The People's Podcast. Lou’s autobiographical book, What’s That Lady Doing, is out now .
