Amy Gledhill is a comedian, actor and writer who was the first person to be nominated for Best Newcomer AND Best Show at The Edinburgh Fringe. Her show, The Girl Before The Girl You Marry was also nominated for Best Live Show at The National Comedy Awards. On TV she’s been on The Jonathan Ross Show, Pointless Celebrities, Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled, Richard Ayoade's Question Team, Hypothetical,The Stand Up Sketch Show, Late Night Mash, Harry Hill’s Clubnite, Comedy Central Live and multiple series of The Emily Atack Show. As an actor she’s been in Sex Education on Netflix, Life on BBC1, Somewhere Boy, Alma’s Not Normal, Starstruck and Hull Raisers. Amy is co-host of hit podcast Northern News, and alongside Isy Suttie, she hosted the BBC’s official companion piece to Happy Valley, Obsessed With…Happy Valley.
