Elis James is a comedian, actor and radio presenter best known for his radio shows on XFM (now Radio X) and currently on BBC 5 Live which he co-hosts with comedian John Robins. Elis is a hugely successful stand-up and has performed in both English and Welsh. As an actor his most notable performance was playing Josh Widdicombe’s flatmate in the BBC Three sitcom, Josh. Elis James is guest number 144 on My Time Capsule and he chats to Michael Fenton Stevens about the five things he'd like to put in a time capsule; four he’d like to preserve and one he’d like to bury and never have to think about again .
