You may even be one of her 2.4 million followers on <a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/kelseywells/?hl=en\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram</a>. Well this year, Kelsey launched a program on the Sweat app called <a href=\"https://www.sweat.com/blogs/fitness/redefine-fitness-with-kelsey\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Redefine Fitness: Strength and Mindfulness</a>. Now I assumed that the program was based on the premise that strength training could be a form of moving meditation, like yoga, because that’s been my own experience of it.
