My rule has always been, you can't have a fullback that is under 85 kilos. I had to adjust that rule to: You can't have a fullback that's under 85 kilos, unless you are the Melbourne Storm. Once Bellamy and Smith leave the building though, will the Storm have the structure to best utilise underweight fullback?
