And finally, in the early summer, he released an essay about one of his favorite bands, Dave Matthews Band, wondering what it would take for the band to make truly meaningful music again, titled: Dave Matthews Band And The Sound Of Settling.

Songs featured in this episode are: Sleep: \"Mariuanat's Theme,\" Dave Matthew's Band: \"The Dreaming Tree\" & \"Bartender,\" Neil Young: \"C'mon Baby Let's Go Downtown,\" Sonic Youth: \"Total Trash,\" Tony Conrad: \"Trance 2,\" Bon Iver: \"Minnesota, WI,\" Mary Lattimore: \"Baltic Birch,\" Damien Jurado: \"Percy Faith,\" Zeal & Ardor: \"Fire Of Motion,\" Tangents: \"Terracotta,\" Bruce Springsteen: \"Nebraska,\" The National: \"Karen,\" Counting Crows: \"Omaha.\"

Check us out on Spotify: Beyond The Pond Podcast Songs

You can find us on Twitter: @_beyondthepond

Medium: https://medium.com/beyond-the-pond

Please check out the Osiris Podcast Network at: OsirisPod.com // Go to Relix.com to learn more about Osiris, our sister podcasts, & upcoming events!

Please leave us a review on iTunes!
","author_name":"Beyond The Pond/Osiris Media"}
