You can love yourself but not be 100% confident. You can be insecure in relationships and friendships, always watching, not able to live your own life because you are constantly chasing what the other person is doing. The minute you don't give a f*ck is the minute people stop playing with your emotions. The minute you can put a boundary in is the minute the other person can't do it anymore. You teach people how to treat you. When they know what your boundary is and that you've made it clear, they know they can't step over it.
