One of the unusual and sold out events in this year's Cork International Film Festival, was the cine-concert screening of a silent film, shot in Cork, with a live orchestra playing for its premier in the Curtis Auditorium of the Cork School of Music. The score was composed by John O Brien, and the film was directed by Padraig Trehy, who chatted to Conor Tallon - who'd also been in the movie!!
