When I first saw this Work of the Week on the Crawford Art Gallery Website, I couldn't determine quite what I was looking at, despite the fact that it's a photograph. In person in the Gallery is of course the best place to view it, but this work does have a sense of mystery. So to delve deeper and unveil a little of what the artist was doing, Conor Tallon spoke to Dr Michael Waldron.
