I get asked all the time how to actually build a fashion brand, from roles to pricing to manufacturers, and honestly it’s something I’ve always been a bit hesitant to cover on my own because I only have my perspective from building TALA.
The reality is, fashion looks quite glamorous from the outside, but behind the scenes it’s a completely different story.
So I wanted to bring in someone who’s seen it across loads of brands. I’m joined by Elizabeth Stiles, a fashion consultant who’s worked across some of the biggest brands in the UK and now advises businesses on how to grow and scale.
