I made us a VEGAN BORSCHT, as ever, click on the bit in capitals for the recipe. And I didn’t know what ‘vegan sour cream yogurt’ was, as I haven’t ever seen that in the UK yet so I stuck some of OTTOLENGHI’S TAHINI SAUCE on the roof instead.
