In this episode I’m talking to superstar intuitive eating focused nutritionist and star author of the smash hit tomb on intuitive eating in the UK ‘Just Eat It’ - it’s Laura Thomas. We met where she works at the London Centre for Intuitive Eating and talked about everything from whiskey to the full old history of intuitive eating, as a thing. Turns out she’s a much nicer person than me. Haha.
