It's Halloween night, and while the Ghostbusters scramble to find a cure for vampirism, the night only gets busier. This time, they’re called in to handle a gluttonous ghost that’s harassing moviegoers at a local cinema. But there are also reports of a museum exhibit running wild, a pervy poltergeist harassing a massage parlor’s clientele, and yet another mystery involving a golf course. Little do they know, not everything is as it seems, and this is just the beginning of the longest night of their lives.
