Paul coordinates the research and monitoring program that delivers the Ecosystem Health Monitoring Program, which is a comprehensive and scientifically robust waterway monitoring program that provides a regional assessment of the health for each of South East Queensland’s (SEQ) major catchments, river estuaries and Moreton Bay zones.
