And your mentor is there to help you navigate those situations with their experience,” she says.</p><p><br></p><p>And Carol Zuegner, an associate professor of journalism at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, describes the reverse mentoring sessions held with former students to help her navigate the digital age.</p>","author_name":"Nature Careers"}
