Previously on Christine Lahti in Space: While operating on the Bloubian ambassador, who resembles a jellyfish the size of a bus, Dr Christine Lahti falls off her stepladder and into the Bloubian’s tank. The agonising sting she gets from the tentacles give her an acute case of aphasia, and she is no longer able to communicate with words. While Space Nurse Alyssa Milano attempts to understand what Dr Christine Lahti is saying, Space Hospital falls under the control of a new doctor played by Special Guest Star Dana Delaney.
