Nicky has worn many hats in the last few years - founder of gender neutral kids' clothing brand Wilder Ones, writer for Grazia and Stylist , podcaster on Women's Business and more recently founder of The Wilder Collective, a women's community.
One thing that runs through it all is feminism.
We chat about how feminism shows up in her parenting (spoiler alert, it involves a lot of saying \"or her\"), why she reclaimed her birth name recently and why unlearning good girl conditioning is one of the most important things we can do, as parents.
