As of this recording, <a href=\"https://www.vice.com/en/article/bvnpnv/russian-government-websites-are-currently-down\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Russian Government Websites are Down</a> and the world is discussing whether it's feasible and effective to prevent Russia from <a href=\"https://www.vice.com/en/article/akvyvb/would-banning-russia-from-getting-software-updates-make-it-easier-to-hack\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">updating its software</a>.
