Bryn is a Professor of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and in the Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital. She also is the director of Harvard STRIPED – the Strategic Training Initiative for the Prevention of Eating Disorders.

We talk about the cost of eating disorders, the need to change the narrative on eating disorder stereotypes and how just naming the stereotypes serves to perpetuate them. And then on a more positive note, we talk about how to create policy change through that magic combination of story-telling and science.

There’s a bit of background noise – sorry about that!

We hope you enjoyed listening!
