Her terrific debut cookbook, <a href=\"https://www.kitchenartsandletters.com/products/mooncakes-and-milk-bread-sweet-and-savory-recipes-inspired-by-chinese-bakeries?srsltid=AfmBOorP69WQQi93NIftZI0WjAAP7tYZVeI9eVf2XlOTS6etAUBJgi_u\"><em>Mooncakes and Milk Bread</em>,</a> won her two James Beard awards, and her follow-up, <a href=\"https://eatchofood.com/cookbook\"><em>Chinese Enough</em></a>, is a big favorite of all of us at TASTE. We were so happy to have Kristina in the studio, where we found out about how she pivoted from a career in architecture to work on food full time. It was a bet that paid off, and we dig into Kristina’s family history and how she writes her incredibly inspired recipes. Kristina and Matt are appearing together at the <a href=\"https://tucsonfestivalofbooks.org/\">Tucson Festival of Books</a> on March 15.</p><p>Also on the show we have a really fun conversation with <strong>Eleanor Wilkinson</strong>. She is the author of a very cool new book, <a href=\"https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/755736/one-pot-one-portion-by-eleanor-wilkinson/\"><em>One Pot, One Portion</em></a>.</p><p>Do you enjoy This Is TASTE?
