Devendra Banhart is a musician from Los Angeles. His new record, Flying Wig, is out soon. We chat about fashion week coming to a close, Bill Mahxr coming out of Club Random, Forrest Lawn Cemetary, breaking a 15-year vegetarian streak with mutton, too many books, Mr Chow sounds fabulous, Coldplay's Old Testament, Smash Mouth and Alien Ant Farm, there are 45 seasons of Diners Drive-Ins and Dives, the Barbie movie was Bansky, we DJ'd a party together a long time ago, people do not like it when he DJs, fancy ghee, and our Amoeba what's in your bag appearances.
