Nephi knew he was gay, but hid it most of his life because living authentically was never an option for him. He was essentially assigned a wife at a young age and had 7 children before he realized he couldn’t pretend anymore. His father, who had 14 wives and over 160 children was pushing him to take another wife, so he came out to him. Nephi was told he was gay for various reasons such as eating too much chicken and he needed to stay faithful lest he go to the depths of Hell. Thankfully, he didn’t listen, got out and isn’t hiding his true self any longer. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://youtube.com/live/Uk9peDidnEQ\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Click here to watch on YouTube</u></a></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Watch the full interview with Nephi here:  <a href=\"https://youtu.be/T9WlH9qdLf4?si=krItIsldZi-_cn73\" target=\"_blank\">https://youtu.be/T9WlH9qdLf4?si=krItIsldZi-_cn73</a></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Connect with Nephi!</p>\n<p>FB: Nephi Robinson <a href=\"https://www.facebook.com/nephi.robinson\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.facebook.com/nephi.robinson</a></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you or someone you love has left polygamy and needs assistance, please reach out to \"Holding Out HELP\" at 801-548-3492 or visit their website at <a href=\"http://www.holdingouthelp.org\" target=\"_blank\"><u>www.holdingouthelp.org</u></a></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We want to meet you in real life!  Come adventure with us on our 2nd C2C VACATION!  <a href=\"https://trovatrip.com/trip/north-america/mexico/mexico-with-shelise-sola-oct-2025\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Click here to go to the official booking page</u></a></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Subscribe to our<a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/@CultstoConsciousnessClip\" target=\"_blank\"><u> C2C \"CLIPS\" Channel!</u></a></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Support C2C - Any donations are welcome and appreciated to support the making of this podcast.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://cults-to-consciousness-shop.fourthwall.com/en-usd\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Find our FULL (uncensored) merch store here!</u></a></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Patreon <a href=\"https://www.patreon.com/cultstoconsciousness\" target=\"_blank\"><u>https://www.patreon.com/cultstoconsciousness</u></a></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Venmo @sheliseann</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Find us on Social media!</p>\n<p>Instagram <a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/cultstoconsciousness\" target=\"_blank\"><u>@cultstoconsciousness</u></a> </p>\n<p>Host Instagram <a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/sheliseann/\" target=\"_blank\"><u>@sheliseann </u></a></p>\n<p>Co Producer / Host <a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/jonathan.rosales_\" target=\"_blank\"><u>@jonathan.rosales_ </u></a></p>\n<p>TikTok <a href=\"http://cults.to.consciousness\" target=\"_blank\"><u>@cults.to.consciousness </u></a></p>\n<p>Twitter <a href=\"https://twitter.com/cultstocon\" target=\"_blank\"><u>@cultstocon</u></a> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>**Disclaimer: Thanks for joining us at Cults to Consciousness.
