As his terrifying creations cause chaos across town, harassed detective Lt. Phelps (Cynthia Gibb) investigates the supernatural rampage.

Set in a Victorian-era travelling freak show, a cruel side-show proprietor (Lewis Arquette) exploits a mute, severely deformed man named Enoch (Jeff Yagher) alongside a 4,000-year-old mummy. When a mysterious, ancient curse begins to manifest around the carnival, the horrific secrets behind the Crypt Keeper's very own lineage start to unfurl.
