Welcome to The Video Cult, where we celebrate the weird, wild, and wonderfully unhinged world of cult cinema.
For the first official episode of our video era, we're diving into Hard Ticket to Hawaii (1987): Andy Sidaris' legendary action-exploitation masterpiece featuring bazookas, diamonds, DEA agents, a radioactive killer snake, remote-control helicopters, unforgettable one-liners, and enough 80s insanity to make your head spin.
We break down the movie scene-by-scene, talk about why it has become a cult classic, discuss Andy Sidaris' unique filmmaking style, laugh at the unbelievable dialogue, and appreciate one of the most entertaining B-movies ever made.
Whether you're already a cult movie fanatic or discovering Hard Ticket to Hawaii for the first time, this is the perfect place to experience one of cinema's greatest pieces of glorious nonsense.
