Handed a sheet of exercises and told to stop skating, he felt unsafe in his own body, isolated from his friends and in denial. YouTube yoga became his way back, and today he helps people with inflammatory arthritis build strength, mobility and confidence through flares, remission and everyday life.

In this conversation Jamie opens up about the grief of diagnosis, explains why arthritis is not an injury, shares practical ways to start moving safely, and guides us through a short breathing practice.
