This Episode revolves around a discussion I had with a real world expert on housing policy and my rebuttals made at the time (and later on in my head). This draws from what I think, is pretty substantial evidence that Ireland faces a 10 year \"housing purgatory\" scenario where an entire generation will be barred from ownership while our population continues to hurtle towards a 6+ million population due largely, to massive net inward migration. I hope this is a definitive presentation of what I believe to be the hole we are in and why no major political party has the answers.
