About ThruDark
ThruDark is a British high-performance clothing brand founded by former UK Special Forces operators Anthony \"Staz\" Stazicker CGC and Louis Tinsley. Between them, they spent 27 years in the British military, 18 of those in the Special Boat Service, working as snipers, demolition experts and surveillance specialists. ThruDark launched in May 2018 at Bremont's London HQ, with a launch film narrated by actor Tom Hardy. Its first product, a bespoke Summit Suit, was worn for the fastest ascent of the world's 14 highest peaks and later on the summit of Everest. In May 2025, Staz completed a fastest known time on Mission: Everest, travelling from London to the summit and back in seven days, a world first. Every product since has been designed, developed and tested personally by its founders.
