This Halloween, Rollin on D20s takes a spooky detour with a special bonus one-shot featuring Alex in the Dungeon Master’s chair and the cast playing an entirely new set of characters! Joining Alex for this eerie adventure are Brynn, a curious and resourceful adventurer; Vivi, a walking, talking undead mystery; Chaddius von Winkerblum, a Hexblood Haunted Sorcerer with a very memorable name; and Pimlin Darkmore, an eccentric wizard with a few spooky tricks of his own. What could possibly go wrong when this particular collection of adventurers takes on a haunted house?
The adventure begins where the party answers a mysterious job posting promising a generous reward for dealing with a troublesome pest problem at McCoy Manor. The estate is enormous, the elderly goblin butler is clearly out of his depth, and the details are suspiciously vague. With the lady of the house away, strange occurrences have spiraled out of control, household staff have fled in terror, and several rooms have become dangerous enough to keep even the servants away. Naturally, the party accepts the job without asking nearly enough questions.
Inside, the adventurers encounter supernatural fires, unruly plants, unsettling magical disturbances, and a manor steeped in a history of family tragedy. As they investigate its increasingly bizarre rooms, they must rely on magical ingenuity, questionable problem-solving, and a remarkable willingness to put themselves in danger. Along the way, they uncover unsettling clues about the manor’s past, encounter some decidedly unusual residents, and discover that the line between a pest problem and a haunting can get surprisingly blurry.
Join Rollin on D20s for a Halloween adventure full of eerie mysteries, chaotic teamwork, questionable decisions, and plenty of laughs. With Alex running the game and the cast exploring fresh characters in a haunted corner of Vaelmyr, this bonus episode delivers a different flavor of fantasy horror. The real question isn’t whether something strange is lurking in McCoy Manor. It’s whether this party can figure out what’s happening before they become part of the house’s history.
