In this opening episode, I explain how The Other Ireland came to life and why I wanted to create a podcast dedicated to preserving Ireland's folklore, supernatural tales and family traditions before they're lost.</p><p><br></p><p>The episode all started with a conversation with my parents about the stories they remembered growing up.
