Today we're doing something a little different. We've brought someone else from the REA Sothern office along with us. If you've been following us on social media, you might already have spotted him being thrown in at the deep end. This is Adam Fitzpatrick, our new apprentice auctioneer, and, apparently starting a new job wasn't daunting enough, so we've brought him into a podcast studio as well!
We spend a lot of time on this podcast talking about buying property, selling property and what's happening in the market. However in this episode, we want to talk about the people behind the industry, and particularly the next generation coming into it. What makes somebody look at auctioneering and say:
"That's what I want to do?"
What does the industry look like when you're standing at the very beginning of your career? And, most importantly, what does Adam hope it will look like by the time he's been doing it as long as Keith has?!
